Jazz Funk Dance (técnica aprendida) 

 

This commercial dance style derives from Hip Hop and Commercial Jazz Dancing (Think Paula Abdul). The term “Jazz Funk” was just a patch solution to calm Hip Hop Culture from saying “that’s not Hip Hop”, but it’s importance relies on the Choreographies.  Choreography in this style, often highly syncopated musicality, involve intricate movements and exude lots of femininity. Some of the most influential Jazz Funk Dance choreographers have been Paula Abdul,Tina Landon and Brian Friedman. Nevertheless, today  we  find new amazing, distinguished and also very influential choreographers  in the industry like Galen Hooks, Eden Shabtai and Dani Vitale.
